This four-story, seventeen-unit apartment building was added to the inventory of the Soft Weak or Open Front Story Buildings in accordance with the City of Berkeley ordinance BMC19.39. A Seismic Evaluation Report and Retrofit Drawings have been completed and accepted by the City of Berkeley. The retrofit construction has been successfully completed in 2010 and the building has been removed from the Berkeley inventory of Soft-Story buildings.
